Hello, welcome to part 3 and the final post which rounds up the steps of mind renewal that leads to transformation. If you missed part 1 and 2, please read them here(pt1) and here(pt2). Remember it is all about being transformed into sons and daughters with an Heir mindset, living out the realities of who we are as Gods grown up kids fulfilling our destiny in Christ.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
STEP 3 : THINK
After BEHOLDING God’s word about you, and BELIEVING IT, you have got to respond to what you have believed by THINKING on the Word and allowing the word change your thought processes.
Thoughts are powerful. Neuroscience tells us that when we think, we lay down neural pathways that transmit signals that the cells of our bodies respond to. Infact it is now understood that thought signals influence genetic expression and ultimately change the structure of our DNA. This is incredible.
You can then begin to undertand that to THINK ON GOD’S WORD, is to lay down neural pathways that will cause changes in our body that transcends the spiritual to the physical.
THINK on God’s word and generate thoughts that will produce DNA consistent with what he says about you.
The scripture below puts its aptly
Proverbs 23:7
7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
STEP 4 : SPEAK
Speaking the Word of God, making declarations of faith releases the power for transformation. Your words were not given to you primarily for communication but for the release of power.
Words created the world. Words give frame and structure. Words birth what has been deposited in your heart from beholding, believing and thinking.
The Spirit realm connects to the physical realm through Words. Words are creative forces. There is so much to say about words. Please read my post on the creative power of words.
The summary of what i am saying is, you have to dedicate time to declare the word of God and also your everyday language has to line up with God’s words.
What you are saying is building your life. You are going in the direction of what you are saying and you will have what you say.

23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; HE SHALL HAVE WHATSOEVER HE SAITH
STEP 5 : BECOME
As you go through the steps of mind renewal, you will see yourself become the word you have beheld, believed, thought, and spoken. This whole process can be summarised in one word and that is to MEDITATE on the word.
For example, If you have meditated on 2 Timothy 1 :7 you will see yourself become bold, powerful, loving, having a sound mind.
If you have meditated on healing the sick, raising the dead, cleansing lepers, casting out devils, you will see yourself begin to do so.
The outcomes are all in line with what you have renewed your mind to.
The Word will MAKE you. His word will become flesh in you.
Hebrews 7:28
For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.
